Child Actors Meshes Teleporting to Other Locations?

Hey everyone, I’m having a very strange issue where child actors’s meshes are teleporting to nearby locations. This is only happening when building for console (PS4) as I’ve never seen this happen once on a Windows build. Interestingly, the child actor seems to still work functionally, it just has its mesh teleport to another location. Although not 100% of the time, they do seem to teleport onto other blueprints with child actors. This is a pop-in/pop-out issue where the mesh instantly teleports back and forth randomly, sometimes every 0.5 seconds but other times it stays until you look away.

Has anyone seen this before? Screenshots below of how the oxygen station is gone when I get close to it, but I am still able to interact with it like normal.
