Characters head is to the side

I have an fbx model I imported. It looks normal, but when I change the skeleton mesh of BPThirdPerson to it the head is on the side. Before I changed the unreal mesh to her mesh Mannys head would only look down. I just changed it and now they are bigger as well.

I think it might be something to do with How to Make the NPC’s Head Look At the Player in Unreal Engine 5 (youtube.com), or something I accidentally changed somewhere related to the skeletons.

I was trying to retarget the animations/skeletons a few days ago. I think I broke something in the Manny skeleton. Her models skeleton wasn’t working with the animations. That’s been fixed now. I’m not sure how to fix the problem. Her head is moving slightly so I think the idle animation is working. Or now only the head is being animated for both of them.
