Hi, so I modeling the inside of a building and putting up doors and walls so that my character cannot leave the room. However, I can’t seem to figure out why my character keeps walking through the doors (and walls). I have a collision capsule around my character and I also have my static meshes set to block all for collisions. I also want the physics to be turned off for everything, so I am not simulating physics for any of my meshes or actors.
I don’t believe that it is a problem with my character because when I place a basic cube into the world, the collision works properly and prevents me from walking through the cube. Is there anything I could be missing with this? I have tried to replicate the setting of the cube on the door, but I still always seem to walk through. Thanks.
