Character collision on tessellated landscape

Any suggestions guys?

Use custom collisions placed on or below the tessellated mesh, eyeball the accuracy and hide it from in game renders, should do the trick.

I thought about this but I am not pretty sure how to apply this on a landscape to be honest with you. Thanks your the reply .
