Chaos Physics Geometry Collection-Despawn/Destroy actor

So I have some simple Geometry collections only 1 layer of fractures and only split into 4-5 pieces, no framerate issues or anything, but when the blueprint that they are in dose (destroy actor) it often causes the engine to crash, but not all the time its like a 50/50. anyone got any Ideas? Is there a specific way you are supposed to despawn geometry collections?
