hello
is it possible to change java script code from html5 build ? it seems some features can not be changed inside unreal,like loading in fullscreen mode as default(in html5 build)

I have tried to change the java script and HTML code myself as well and it rather impractical, tedious. The built-in page is nice as a starting point but it will need refinement and configuration when HTML5 pipeline gets more stable with the engine. Wait and see. The roadmap shows minor improvements for HTML5 platforms.
What would you like to do with the build other than full screen?
