Changing Anti-Aliasing Methods in UE5 Does Not Appear To Change Anything

When I go to Project Settings > Anti-Aliasing Method

and I change the method to MSAA or TAA

the engine does not ask to restart and nothing appears to change.

In previous versions of unreal when I would do this the engine would ask to restart then the new form of AA would be running.

Anyone know whats going on with those?

Do it in the default player level, and look at the top to the walls
