Changes made in Cascade not affecting the Emitter

Hey everyone! I’ve imported a VFX package from the Unreal store, and I’ve been using its various particle effects in my game. I’ve come across one though, whose colour isn’t alterable. By that I mean that I’m still able to select new colours in its details panel, but they don’t affect the actual Particle System in the viewport. I’ve made sure I’ve enabled the correct emitter and am not looking at something else. Any ideas why this might be happening?
