Cast LeapMotion directions into a pawn mesh rotations

Hi everyone in the community.

I am almost new about using UE4.
My problem is that I need to obtain the position of hands from a LeapMotion and then reuse it into a pawn model.
I tried to capture the directions but the problem is that when i try to cast into the mesh it does not look well.
I am using the mesh from the animation started pack.
Someone tried to move directions vector to rotations and cast into a model animation?
