Cascade - make particles rotate around Z axis disregarding camera position

Hello, everyone!
Googled and lurked through so many topics, but couldn’t find any answer to my question: how to make particles rotate around one axis disregarding camera position?

For now I’m locking them with a “lock axis” module, so they are rotating around one axis, but when they move, they try to face camera (though I set the screen alignment to “PSA Velocity”)

What I’m trying to get is so that they spawn at a different fixed angle, and travel to the center without any further rotation. That would hopefully create an impression of volume of the flame.

Does anybody know how do I set this up?..
