Capsule indirect Shadows causes splotches

My SkeletalMeshes have problems with Capsule Indirect Shadows.
The Capsule Shadows causes dark Shadow Splotches on my mesh.

The answer from Tim isn’t really helpful, the tut only says “Self Shadowing artifacts on arbitrary meshes”
Well, a Mesh is never a capsule, so Self Shadow artifacts are expected?

Bump, I have the same problem. And when is interpolating between ILC points it flickers and is quite annoing. Any ideea ?
