Can't Re-open bugs on Answerhub?

Still having this issue with Sequencer in 4.12 / 4.13. I want to reopen the Answerhub post but can’t (even though I’m a mod on AH also).

I’m guessing regular users don’t have these permissions. To save making a duplicate post, would it be possible to re-open issues we create on Answerhub in case bugs return? Otherwise it just spreads the bug report information across multiple places and things will become harder to track.

I think all you have to do is post an answer and the thread will be opened automatically
