i have been trying to download and install UE 4.11 but the Launcher wont let me… the point is i have the worst Internet service which is slow and full of random disconnects … and once i pause the download the launcher wont let me resume later and also returning error code 0, is there any other way to download UE 4.11? may be externally …
plus I dont have any previous version installed too… i am new here
