The problem here could be the Grid Plane is not aligned to the build grid, see the bottom of the build ramp is probably more than the 32 units from the grid, which I think is the default build attach distance
The build grid needs to be at heights of 0 or multiples of 384 from it
I’m not sure if the X or Y matters with the grid plane, if it does 0 or multiples of 512
