Cannot get my project to work with Google Play Services

I’m having a difficult time getting my project to work with Google Play services.

The test is being performed through the editor in the Selected Viewport.

I’ve showed a clip of my settings to demonstrate what I have filled out (most of it is concealed/blurred).

There is a screen capture of the blueprint as well.

I followed the setting up Google Play tutorial on the Android forum.

Output Log screen capture since the text is a bit hard to follow.

Whenever I run from the editor everything returns successful but doesn’t work. When I run using Launch everything fails.
