Can someone explain me how to implement UGameplayStatic?

Hi! I’m new at programming, and I can’t figure out how to add this to my code; I want to attach a particle system in a custom actor I’ve created, and using UGameplayStatic::SpawnEmitterAttached it can be done, BUT I just don’t know what to use as parameters of the class!!! I’ve read the API and there’s a list of parámeters, but I really don´t know how to set it up. I will appreciate if someone explains me, step by step, if possible. Thanks!
