Can procedural mesh sections independently or uniquely overlap?

In blueprints I can create a mesh section and add it to a procedural mesh component. It gets its own section index. If I check “create collision” I can add collision for the section to the procedural mesh as well. But I do not see a way to for the sections to independently overlap. That is, if I have a procedural mesh of three separate block sections, touching any of the blocks simply triggers the one overlap event for the component and I don’t know which section was actually touched.

Is it necessary to generate completely separate procedural meshes for this?
