I’m looking to build an app / game where it’s a replica of a modern city that the user can fly through, and it has a slider control that allows the user to select different years in a timeline, which will then morph the buildings into older buildings on the same sites. Basically this allows the user to interactively see the development of a city over time. Is this possible in Unreal? Many thanks!
I don’t see why not. There isn’t much Unreal can’t do. I’m no programmer so I don’t know the exact how, but it doesn’t sound like something outside of the range of UE4’s possibilities.

This. If you’re doing it alone, this is going to be a rather big project, to say the least.
