Can I rotate a static mesh's coordinate system using unreal editor?

Say I have a space ship and in its coordinate system the front of the ship is towards X axis, but I need it to be towards Y axis. Can I do it with UE4 editor, without any 3D editor tool?

You can create a blueprint, and inside of a blueprint you can rotate your static mesh any direction you want.
Otherwise if you want change the pivot of static mesh without creating the blueprint, I’m sure there should be some way…
I know you can change it for vertex snapping, but I don’t know if it’s permanent.
