Can I move Nav Mesh Bounds or Nav Modifier Volumes using Blueprints?

Hi, I’m trying to create a smooth teleporting system to my 2 story house project. I set two nav mesh bounds, one for each floor. The problem is: when I aim the teleport on the ground floor walls, the teleport snaps to the upper floor! (?)
This is so annoying, how do I fix it? I tried the following, yet not succeed but I don’t know why.
Any help?
