I’m very sorry if this is a dumb question. But I wanted to ask if there is a way to import meshes which already include LODs in their fbx or obj file. I know that I can import LODs afterwards but for me this is a really long process and I have many meshes that includes the LODs in one file. I know that I can tell Unreal that he imports either the whole mesh combined or all meshes separately. But is their a naming convention or some other way to tell Unreal to use the meshes in that fbx file as LODs?

Yes you can. How you need to set up the file depends on what program you use to author the FBX.
