Camera positions dont match for different players

Our character sits in a cockpit and I have placed the camera where the eyes would roughly be. However, a team member told me, that his camera position is way off from what I intended even after resetting VR in UE4.

Are there special requirements to set up the camera properly?

It is not enough the reset your position in VR. You also have to move the VROrigin to make the VR Camera coincide with the location where you want it to be (seat in the cockpit). This is exactly what I am using in my VR Helicopter concept below.

You see it happening at 00:41. This is the Blueprint portion which handles it.
