Calculate Emissive Light Reflections/GI in realtime

Hey all,

I love the new functionality in Unreal that lets emissive materials effect the lighting and reflections.
However, I was only able to get that as a baked feature.

Since I modify the emissive materials within the playmode to turn on/off, is there a way to get that to calculate in realtime like lights do?
