Building a Audiolog system with blueprints

Hi guys!

I want to make a system for picking up audio-logs in my game. The character will be finding tapes that he plays on his Walkman. My idea for a solution was to have a tapeBP that when activated(picked up) communicates with the characterBP setting a boolean to true(player has tape).

I tried setting up a BP-Interface so the two Blueprints can talk to eachother but I can’t get a hang of how to implement the connections properly.

Maybe I am making this to complicated? :slight_smile:

Any advice on how to set up a system like this? Can’t find any tutorials out there on this topic.
