[Bug] Packaging does not include some textures

I packaged a project (shipping, 32bit Windows) and when I run it, some objects only have the default material on it.
It worked a few iterations earlier and I did not touch the objects in question.
Everything is fine in the editor, though I noticed that the projects compiles shaders now everytime I open it.

Is there a way/button/menu to have the shaders cooked (not compile every time)?

Does anyone have the missing texture problem after packaging as well?
