What version of Internet Explorer do you have installed ?

Version 8 was installed.
I just updated to version 11, but the problem has remained.

PS: steam support is very rarely answered, and I did not receive useful answers. Only stupid general suggestions.

What about Windows version ( I would guess 7 from screenshots ), which language mutation ?

From which country are you connecting to the internet ?

I using windows 7 64bit, russian version.
I connect to the internet in Ukraine.
