BP_FogSheet and BP_LightBeam Transparency Issue

Hi, I was looking to use Epic’s BP_FogSheet and BP_LightBeam inside of a project and found when they’re used on top of a translucent water material, they don’t render at all. I’ve tested it with a different fog particle effect and it rendered properly over the water so i’m thinking its an issue with these Blueprints/Materials specifically. I was hoping someone may have an idea on why they wont render properly on top of translucent materials?
