I only can use “BoxReflectionCapture” in my project (a little room), and it works fine, but I would like to know: is there any way to improve the reflection quality?
I don’t need realistic reflection but I would like to improved this considerably. Default reflections are very poor.

I think it’s a limitation of their implementation and the hardware it’s targeted for (mid range / console).
Sadly, I believe the general advice they give is to break up the reflection using bumps and whatnot so it’s not so obvious the quality isn’t all there.
Here is a good example of a bumpy reflective surface that hides the quality issue well:
