Bottom half artifact on masked edges

This issue just started occurring on Xbox One, but now its happening on PC. I’m not quite sure what happened, it just started to happen randomly. The bottom half of the screen will have this effect but the top half doesn’t. Only happens when not in full screen either.

It seems to be happening when the CSM distance is low. By extending the CSM distance, it goes away. If you make the distance short and turn off and distance field shadows, you can see it bleeding through the non-distance field end.

Fixed by putting the transition fraction to 0 on directional lights or by setting r.dffullresolution back to 1.
