Bone pivot changing when used in animation blueprint

Hi Guys

I am having a problem with one of my bone pivot points, Pivots are set in Maya and hold all their positions in UE4.
When the skeleton is used by the animation blueprint, it tilts axis three off axis leading to skewed rotation(all other axis work fine and all are using the same logic).

I have attached pics of the rig in its property window and in the animation blueprints window.

Am i right in thinking that this is a bug?
