Summary
I can’t publish anything because of the new IARC requirement. Publishing now requires filling out an IARC form, but this form is not accessible anywhere on the publish page.
Steps to Reproduce
Attempt to publish or update any island.
Expected Result
The island should go into content review
Observed Result
The island is immediately declined content review.
