Block lighting?

Hey guys. Is it possible to block lighting in a specific area? Basically, I have a room that is well-lit, and it has a hallway into another room. I need it to break off into darkness immediately as it hits the hallway. I know that in the Hammer World Editor there’s a light blocking object that you can place (it’s basically just a big cube that’s transparent and can be walked through, but blocks lighting from coming through), but is there anything like this in Unreal?

If those are static or stationary lights just add some cube to block it. Just mark that cube as Hidden in game.
