(blender) Multiple roots error?

I’m not sure what’s wrong with my armature. I tried renaming it to ‘Armature’, changing the fps to 30; nothing’s working. I’m not sure if it’s due to the detached bones, I’m not sure why I’m getting this “multiple roots issue”. I have noticed though that some bones have different parents than the others, so I’m guessing that’s what the problem is, but I’m not sure how to fix that.
