Just noticed that even though screen space reflections works fine for most thing… if the object in the reflection is itself reflective… then the reflection ends up turning black for that object… looks terrible for my cityscape. Looks like a bug to me.
Do you have any reflection capture actors in the scene? Reflections try to fall back to those when SSR don’t pick up anything.
yes, you can see the sphere reflections… the screenspace is picking up the buildings near by and the screenspace overpowers the reflection captures… or takes priority.
