Bird Locomotion - take-off /fly/landing

Hey guys, need some help here. I have couple of animations for a bird and want to create AI flying.
So far it is okay, but I can’t make a transition from take off to fly and then at the end to landing animation. I followed some tutorials and videos about that but can’t find anything that explains that part or at least I can’t understand it. I am noob with this type of stuff.

Here are some images of animation blueprint and blueprint class. I assume I have to do something in locomotion to trigger those transitions but I don’t know what…
Should I use direction or speed variables and use it for blend space, or some other logic…any guidence will help me.
