best way destructive tree

I try make interactive tree like game crisis for example palm, if i shoot branch fall down, what technique use? bone mesh, slice procedural mesh or somthing else?

nobody show me direction?

Thx, I thing about this but there is not manual selection slice point on mesh only auto generate or maybe I wrong? I know is vague guestion but i need advice from veterans blueprint how you will make this?
