Best Practice for Multiple "Looks" in one level

I have a level of a VR tour that you go around a room. Well the client wants 2 different “looks”. Not so the user can select either/or but so they can show a different look to a different client. I want to keep this all in one level. What is the best way to do this with the assets that I need to hide for one look compared to the other? I have done a little bit of grouping in the program, but it seems kind of clunky. Although, I am rather new. I don’t have a ton of time to make this new look they added, so I am reaching out before doing much testing.

It depends on what you mean by different looks

Just a few different furniture in the room, the wall move a bit. And textures change on some things. Almost better off just starting a new level, but then if I change something in my level blueprint I will have to change it in both…
