Can someone tell me for what exactly the ballance advice is? Does it comprised the marketplace sales ? or is it just like a account to put money on it for buying things on the marketplace ?
Which button do you exactly mean? (probably a picture) 
it is just money in your epic account you can spend on the marketplace.
