Baked lights changes when I change mesh world location

I’ve some problem…
I’m bulding a videogame with procedural rooms that get different locations depending on “seed” that is created the first time you enter the game.
The problem is that I don’t want to use dynamics lights because of perfomance issues, so I baked all lights, every room has his own lights and it doesnt receive lights from other rooms.
In theory, light baked shouldn’t change when some room changes his world location, but for some reason… Is doing the opposite. Everytime a room changes his location… Gets different lightmaps.
