Autogenerate procedural foliage at runtime

Is there a way to get it??
Autogenerate procedural foliage at runtime around the player character.

Using standard foliage paint tool takes long to cover a big landscape. Also there is performance issues.

I saw some examples in the web but they are for udk 3.

need some like this:

Hi Blackhole Bilbao,

We have the landscape grass system in 4.8 which dynamically places foliage around the player at runtime.

Version 4.8 also has an (expermimental) feature called Procedural Foliage which procedurally places foliage in the editor (not at runtime) but can be used to quickly populate large areas of the world.

Our Kite cinematic: A Boy & His Kite: Annotated Features | Feature Highlight | Unreal Engine - YouTube was created with these tools.

UE 4.8 is coming very soon, and there’s currently a preview version available for download if you want to take a look at these new tools.

Thanks , I currently instaled the 4.8 version.
I will look for it and comment something soon.
