AudioComponent - PlaybackCompleted not called after seamless travel

Hi,

I have an issue in my project and it seems to be linked to Seamless Travelling:

1 - If I go to my lobby map and seam less travel to my game map, once I’m playing audio the PlaybackCompleted is not called on my PC AudioComponent
2 - If I go directly on my game map and play the same sound, the PlaybackCompleted function is called

This is in standalone mode.

Could you please confirm this on your side?

  • Does this occur in a clean, blank project with no additional content or is it limited to one project?
  • When you say “seamless travel”, can you be more specific? Are you using streamed levels with load and unload? Are you attempting to simply open level X from level Y? Are you using any other methods?
  • Is this a blueprint or code project?
  • Where are you calling this audio component?
