Attach USoundBase to Bone in Anim Montage

So I’m trying to write a custom UAnimNotify that has a Sound and Particle effect in it and that can be changed in the selected montage as needed just like the engine’s default Sound and Particle Notify. Yet I can’t seem to figure out how to ad an attach like in the default ones.

Default settings (What I want is Attach Name setting)
My AnimNotifier (What I have)
The code to how I setup the Anim Notifier so far:

UPROPERTY(EditAnywhere, BlueprintReadOnly)
      USoundBase* AudioComponent = nullptr;
UPROPERTY(EditAnywhere, BlueprintReadOnly)
      UParticleSystem* ParticleComponent = nullptr;

I’m new to Unreals C++ so please forgive me if its a simple oversight or such.
