Attach motion controllers to mesh components in a define location

Hello everybody,
I am trying to develop a virtual scenario where the user is able to modify their perceived height however their feet are always attached to the floor and their hand are perceived at the correct distance from the point of view. The motion of the shoes are controlled by the Trackers input obtained through Special_1 and Special_2 while the hand are controlled by the default settings of the engine. On which component of the VRpawn should i attach the motion controller to obtain the desired effect?
