Are these errors or bugs? How can I tell?

The VR headset game constantly fail to play, let alone build in UE4, so I tried to build a standard game.

BUT…

I get this: “LogPlayLevel: Error: ERROR: Stage Failed. Missing receipt ‘C:\Users\xxx\OneDrive\Documents\Unreal Projects\xxx_2_FPS\Binaries\Android\xxx_2_FPS.target’. Check that this target has been built.”

I get this: “PackagingResults: Error: Launch failed! Missing UE4Game binary.”

I get this: “UATHelper: Packaging (Android (Multi:ASTC,DXT,ETC2)): ERROR: C:\Users\xxx\OneDrive\Documents\Unreal Projects\xxx_2_FPS\xxx_2_FPS.uproject does not look like uproject file but no targets have been found!”

I get this: “PackagingResults: Error: C:\Users\xxx\OneDrive\Documents\Unreal Projects\xxx_2_FPS\xxx_2_FPS.uproject does not look like uproject file but no targets have been found!”

And to top it off, I get this: “PackagingResults: Error: Unknown Error”
Extremely helpful.

HOW do I check that the target is built? WHERE do I check this?
Why are things missing? Where do I check for this?

Packaging FAILS.
Launch FAILS.

Are these bugs, or am I doing something wrong?
