Are skeleton physics useleees?


as I import my anims from blender to unreal
the FBX import seems to have added collisions to my armature

yet, they do nothing in game

If I use the console an type “show collision”, they do not even appear

i usually add invisible meshes instead…

  • so what are they used for ?
  • why is the importer not adding physical meshes instead ?
  • why dont these capsules appear as collisions in game ?

ok I found I forgot to activate the collisions on the main actor
