Architectural walkthrough collision most effective way

Hello, I am new in UE and trying to find the best way for setting firstpersoncharacter moving boundaries.
-my current approach is to create blocking collison boxes in 3dsmax and then add simple box collisions and making them invisible, manualy, box by box.
-is there way to set the simple box collisions to all boxes at once? I tried bulk edit via property matrix, but no success there - is it possible that way? and if yes how?
-or is there way to set mesh plane area or spline that defines boundaries where the firstpersoncharacter can walk only?
