So, I’m trying out editing animations in persona. I have animations playing on a retargeted rig. I’m using the starter weapon animations. My edits are rotations to the upper right arm and right forearm. I set a key on frame on frame zero and then I click apply. The problem is when I play the game, the animation plays with the bones at the original position. If I try to create a new animation asset, the bone rotation is completely off. Am I missing something? Images attached to show what I mean. In runtime , you can see the upper art is rotated too far back.
This was a mistake on my end. I wasn’t setting they keys properly!
