Applying for custom license

We have tried to apply for the UE4 custom license throught the web-site:
Other licensing options - Unreal Engine
But we can only receive auto-generated email and without any follow up…
Are there any steps I have missed to apply for the custom license?

I would probably say do it again, or the type of email account your using was filtered out. Which happens often when making business inquiries through company web portals.
