Applyed material to a Mesh cutted and scaled

When apply a Media Player material to included in BroadcastStudio package TVScreen mesh the image is scaled and cut

The image is great when i add it to a simple plane.
Any ideas?

It sounds like UV problems, what does the screen look like in the mesh editor?
