(EDIT) this also seems to be happening to distance field related nodes (distance to nearest surface, dist field grad) and fractal 3D.
This needs to be addressed or fixed.
If it was taken out due to not working on different shading models moving forward the FEATURE LEVEL SWITCH needs to be explained to newer users rather than dummy proofing stuff and ruining people’s existing projects.
